  I have taken my dogs to the groomers here for quite some time. It is a 40 minute drive for me so you can imagine my frustration when they refused to take one of my dogs in because they don’t have updated rabies information. This is understanding EXCEPT that is something you should ask your client to bring with them when they make the appointment, not demand on a Sunday (the day of apt.) when the vet is closed. I’m very frustrated with the lack of understanding and denial of THEIR mistake. I have brought them lots of business with my dogs and also my family members 4 other dogs as well. They may have very well cost themselves $400 of business a month.
